nah ini baru oce...
mosok soal begini saja harus mendatangkan penulis makro, ya ndak..

data yg di excel bisa "tidak perlu diformat" tapi di konversi

misal C3 harus berupa tanggal yg akan dipakai pengisi mail-merge di word

tanggal di excel jangan ditulis di C3 tetapi di cell lain misal A3
lalu di C3 ditulis =TEXT(A3,"DD-MMMM-YYYY")
hasil / tampilannya di cell C3 adalah data type teks misal "20 September 2009"

sesampainya di Word harusnya masih tetap seperti itu.

> Mungkin 2 baris terakhir bisa membantu. caranya blok text hasil insert merge field, misal 20-September-09, kemudian klik kanan dan filih "Toggle Field Codes". kemudian akan keluar {MERGEFIELD "Field Name"}, tambahkan pada code tersebut \@ "DD-MMMM-YY" jadi hasilnya {MERGEFIELD "Field Name" \@ "DD-MMMM-YY"}.
