[Access VBA Central] fields background on a form

hi every one,

On a form basing on the content of a text box ( blank [WHITE]/ non-blank [GREEN] ), i would like to change the background of all the text boxes, i achieved it.

but,
when ever user add a new record or changes the existing record background is not changing as per the status of the text box.

please help.
