Job scope and responsibility
Main:
- Conduct Request For Quotation for any Purchase Request assigned.
- Process Purchase Request to Purchase Order within the standard lead time.
- Seek for suppliers with the most suitable quality products according to specification, competitive price, and reliable lead time.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, and other after sales service to the suppliers.
- Coordinate goods import execution process with import team to comply with all legal requirements
- Monitor goods arrival and suppliers follow up to achieve on time delivery of goods
- Follow up new supplier for any documents and legal requirements.
- Regular visit and audit visit to suppliers.
- Ensure that procurement activities are performed in compliance with Procurement Policy and Procurement Processes.
- Expedite orders and follow through to fulfillment stage; demonstrate continuous effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Organize, update, and maintain purchase ordering systems and management files to ensure compliance and alignment to contracts and improve and maintain data accuracy/transparency
- Inform Catalog / Material Master team on correct material description, classification, and configuration.
- Support Strategic Sourcing department to do a long term tender and development of agreement. Assist contract administration in getting relevant information and documents from end users in a timely manner.
- Support Supplier Master team to update any changes in supplier data.
- Will be dealing with a lot of items,
- Will be developed to achieve higher level in the organization
