[Access VBA Central] Accessing values in a field to advance a date on a form

Hello,

Help Please!

I created a form that I would like to automatically advance a second
date field based on a value of a (Criteria) field but I am not sure how
to go about doing this task.

Example: Criteria #1 would = date()

Criteria #2 would = date() + 14 days

Criteria #3 would = date() + 21 days

Criteria #4 would = date() + 35 days

I have already created the Criteria's by typing in values in the
lookup wizard. As you can see there are only 4 of them. I now need to
understand how to take an "INITIAL DATE" and add the needed amount of
days based on the value of the "CRITERIA" and display the new date in
another field called "Correction Due Date". This will all be done using
one form. If someone could please explain to me how I would go about
doing this I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your time

Paul
